Are you a skilled CNC Miller Programmer with a knack for Hurco and Fanuc machines?
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced individual on behalf of our client in Birkenhead. If you’re passionate about precision machining and looking for a long-term opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up and operate CNC milling machines, with a primary focus on Hurco and Fanuc machines.
- Develop and implement off-line programming solutions to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and meet production schedules.
- Troubleshoot machine and program issues effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, with strong expertise in Hurco and Fanuc machines.
- Solid programming background with the ability to optimize machine efficiency.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of quality control measures and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CNC Miller Programmer.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages.
Package Details:
- Full-time, permanent position.
