Repair Technician
Location: South-East
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Our client is a leading provider of multimedia technology to the heritage, culture, and attractions sector. As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of these devices across multiple sites in the South-East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between client sites to maintain and repair audio-visual hardware devices.
  • Conduct shallow repairs such as replacing screens, re-uploading content, swapping out damaged protective cases, and replacing batteries.
  • Check inventory levels and ensure operational continuity at each site.
  • Engage with on-site teams and Service Managers to discuss stock requirements and upcoming events.
  • Report on the condition of devices and liaise with the central repair team for deeper technical fixes handled at the service centre.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A tech-savvy individual with hands-on experience hardware repair. Perhaps you have fixed mobile phones, laptops or other devices or worked in a technical support role in any technology related business.
  • A problem solving mentality
  • A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a car (essential for travel between sites).
