The role involves coordinating with finance houses, addressing queries, identifying potential fraud, and supporting other administrative tasks while maintaining compliance and integrity throughout the process.Job Duties<ul>
<li>Manage the receipt and processing of finance documentation for all applications, ensuring accurate handling for retail, corporate, and contract hire business.</li><li>Obtain and verify any additional information needed from clients or internal stakeholders, updating all relevant systems accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with the accounts team to confirm payment methods, clear deposit cheques, and handle remittances.</li><li>Identify and address any discrepancies or potential fraud, resolving payout issues swiftly.</li><li>Provide support across administration functions, including reception duties, as needed.</li><li>Respond promptly to queries, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.</li></ul>
About You!<ul>
