Job Title: Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver (Tail Lift) – Temporary

Salary: £16.00 p/h

Asion are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 (Category C) Multi-Drop Driver for a temporary position for a client in the Darwen area. The role involves delivering goods to multiple sites using a vehicle equipped with a tail lift, ensuring timely and safe deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries
• Operate a tail lift and pallet truck safely
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in full
• Carry out vehicle checks and complete daily defect sheets
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
• Provide a high level of customer service at all delivery points
• Comply with all Driving Hours, Working Time Directive, and Road Transport Regulations
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2)
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience with multi-drop deliveries (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Competent using a tail lift and pump truck
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations
• Physically fit – some manual handling required
• Strong timekeeping and reliability
• Flexible and adaptable attitude
