The ideal candidate will have experience in flexographic printing, though candidates with a strong background in other printing methods will also be considered. This role involves assisting with the preparation, operation, and maintenance of printing presses, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Assist in the setup and operation of flexographic printing presses.</li><li>Prepare materials and equipment for printing, including inks, plates, and substrates.</li><li>Monitor the printing process to ensure quality control standards are met, including checking for colour accuracy, registration, and print clarity.</li><li>Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the printing process.</li><li>Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.</li><li>Collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines and production targets.</li><li>Handle materials and finished products with care, ensuring they are stored and transported properly.</li><li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.</li></ul>
Skills and Qualifications<ul>
