Aspion Search is proud to represent a well-established global metal supplier in their search for a Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual with strong warehouse experience to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role of the Warehouse Operative:

• Managing Goods in and Goods Out processes efficiently and accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate handling methods
• Driving company vehicles to deliver metal products to local customers (drop and collect)
• Operating forklift trucks (counterbalance) safely and responsibly
• Running laser cutting machines as part of the warehouse production process
• Ensuring accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Supporting other warehouse and site operations as needed

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics role
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Experience operating machinery such as laser cutters (preferred but training may be provided)
• Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
