This is a great opportunity for a hands-on individual with strong warehouse experience to develop their skills in a supportive and professional environment.The Role of the Warehouse Operative:<ul>
<li>Managing Goods in and Goods Out processes efficiently and accurately</li><li>Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate handling methods</li><li>Driving company vehicles to deliver metal products to local customers (drop and collect)</li><li>Operating forklift trucks (counterbalance) safely and responsibly</li><li>Running laser cutting machines as part of the warehouse production process</li><li>Ensuring accurate handling, storage, and movement of materials</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment</li><li>Supporting other warehouse and site operations as needed</li></ul>
About You:<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in a warehouse or logistics role</li><li>Full UK driving licence (essential)</li><li>Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)</li><li>Experience operating machinery such as laser cutters (preferred but training may be provided)</li><li>Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive attitude</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team</li></ul>
