Warehouse Operative (Nights)Location: Stockport&nbsp;(MUST DRIVE)Shift: Nights (22:00-06:00, Sunday to Thursday)Training Shift: Rotating Days (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday)Salary: &pound;13.18per hour during training, &pound;14.61 per hour once on nights.We are currently recruiting a full time permanent Nights Band Saw/Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client in the Poynton area. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to upskill and join a long standing team and company that offers great benefits.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Operate band saw equipment efficiently and safely (Full training will be provided)</li><li>Handle materials and ensure precise cuts according to specifications</li><li>Maintain equipment and perform routine checks to ensure optimal operation</li><li>Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul>
<li>Experience operating a band saw (preferred)</li><li>Experience operating an overhead gantry crane (preferred)</li><li>Good numeracy and literacy skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of measurements</li><li>Manual labour experience (essential)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety</li></ul>
