<li>Conduct MOT inspections for Class 4 &amp; 7 vehicles, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Perform basic vehicle servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, and general maintenance tasks.</li><li>Carry out repairs and maintenance work on various vehicle systems such as brakes, tyres, suspension, and exhaust systems.</li><li>Diagnose and repair common engine and gearbox issues, including clutch replacements.</li><li>Carry out tyre replacements and puncture repairs.</li><li>Perform basic diagnostics using dealer diagnostic tools for engine management systems.</li><li>Handle vehicle electrical fault finding and repairs.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and inspections.</li></ul>
The Candidate:<ul>
<li>Full Class 4 &amp; 7 MOT Tester qualification is essential.</li><li>Previous experience working as an MOT Tester, with a strong background in MOT testing and vehicle repairs.</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics, with experience in common repairs such as brakes, tyres, and engine management.</li><li>Experience using dealer diagnostic tools is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.</li></ul>
