They are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Night Engineer to join their engineering team and help maintain and improve their production operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul data-start="158" data-end="722">
<li data-start="158" data-end="248">Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults (80% mechanical, 20% electrical).</li><li data-start="249" data-end="315">Perform planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.</li><li data-start="316" data-end="435">Work on a range of equipment, including packaging machinery (vertical bagging experience&nbsp;desirable).</li><li data-start="436" data-end="507">Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety and food safety regulations.</li><li data-start="508" data-end="579">Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure good housekeeping.</li><li data-start="580" data-end="660">Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.</li><li data-start="661" data-end="722">Assist with training and mentoring apprentices as needed.</li></ul>
<h3 data-start="724" data-end="744">About You:</h3>
<ul data-start="745" data-end="1133">
<li data-start="745" data-end="835">Time-served engineer or equivalent qualification.</li><li data-start="836" data-end="933">Experience in a packaging environment (vertical bagging experience&nbsp;desirable).</li><li data-start="934" data-end="1006">Familiarity with Revima equipment (desirable but not essential).</li><li data-start="1007" data-end="1076">Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production setting.</li><li data-start="1077" data-end="1133">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
