You&rsquo;ll be working with a mix of warm leads and self-generated opportunities, using your sales expertise to build relationships and secure appointments for senior sales professionals.Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and online campaigns to promote my client&rsquo;s services. ✔ Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers in businesses with 50+ employees. ✔ Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales activity and progress. ✔ Appointment Setting: Secure meetings for senior sales professionals through a mix of warm and cold outreach. ✔ Account Management: Work closely with contractors, managing pre-qualified leads and ensuring smooth project coordination. ✔ Marketing Support: Assist with brand awareness initiatives and promotional campaigns.About You Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or B2B sales is desirable. A confident and proactive approach to business development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Organised with excellent time management. IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media. Industry knowledge in construction or office design is a bonus but not essential.What&rsquo;s in It for You?
