&nbsp;What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing&nbsp;<ul>
<li>Managing and growing a sales pipeline across Northern England, securing new business contracts in key industries such as retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and education.</li><li>Attending 5-6 pre-arranged client meetings per week, presenting tailored solutions to decision-makers.</li><li>Conducting site visits and surveys to assess client needs and prepare accurate quotes.</li><li>Representing the company at industry seminars and networking events, driving lead generation.</li><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Facilities Managers, Compliance Officers, and Health &amp; Safety professionals.</li><li>Following up on proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For&nbsp;<ul>
<li>A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in facilities management, compliance services, or technical sales.</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.</li><li>Experience selling to compliance-driven industries and an understanding of regulatory sales drivers (advantageous).</li><li>A self-motivated, high-energy mindset with a results-driven approach.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel across Northern England (occasional overnight stays required).</li></ul>
