If yes I would be eager to hear from you! I am supporting a well-established and fast expanding business that is experiencing aggressive growth. I am seeking individuals that would thrive in this environment.

Role overview

This position will be a mix across Business Development and Account Manager with 75% being focused towards New Business. The role will require drive and resilience and confidence in closing deals face to face as well as over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on quotes and customer inquiries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Generate sales from an extensive list of prospects and nurture these relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the Labelling/ packaging industry would be key. 
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
  • Proactive and driven mindset with a strong work ethic.

Package

  • Salary -  Negotiable based on experience in Labeling + bonus
  • Hours – 08:00am – 5:00pm flexibility
  • Holidays -20 days + bank holidays
  • Pension
  • Company car
