I am supporting a well-established and fast expanding business that is experiencing aggressive growth. I am seeking individuals that would thrive in this environment.Role overviewThis position will be a mix across Business Development and Account Manager with 75% being focused towards New Business. The role will require drive and resilience and confidence in closing deals face to face as well as over the phone.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers.</li><li>Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on quotes and customer inquiries.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Generate sales from an extensive list of prospects and nurture these relationships.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>Proven experience in the Labelling/ packaging industry would be key.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated success in business development and account management.</li><li>Proactive and driven mindset with a strong work ethic.</li></ul>
Package<ul>
<li>Salary - &nbsp;Negotiable based on experience in Labeling + bonus</li><li>Hours &ndash; 08:00am &ndash; 5:00pm flexibility</li><li>Holidays -20 days + bank holidays</li><li>Pension</li><li>Company car</li></ul>
