Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) &ndash; Manufacturing Sector&nbsp;Location: Wolverhampton&nbsp;&nbsp;Salary: Up to &pound;35,000 + Annual Bonus&nbsp;&nbsp;About Our Client:&nbsp;Our client is a fast-growing company that specialises in providing cutting-edge products and services into the manufacturing sector, (Oil &amp; Gas &amp; Defence in particular). The business has experienced some excellent growth over the past few years, to which there looking to continue to drive the business from a Commercial perspective.&nbsp; This role as a Business Development Executive is a going to be a key driver in the growth plans, working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team.&nbsp;Package&nbsp;<ul>

You&rsquo;ll be responsible for:&nbsp;<ul>
<li>Cold calling and reaching out to potential clients within the manufacturing industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Presenting our client&rsquo;s products and services to key decision-makers.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.&nbsp;</li><li>Working closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and to drive repeat business.&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.&nbsp;</li></ul>
What Our Client Is Looking For:&nbsp;<ul>
<li>Proven sales experience (if you have experience in a different B2B sector, that&rsquo;s great too! Manufacturing experience is a bonus, but not essential).&nbsp;</li><li>Comfortable with cold calling and able to get through to decision-makers.&nbsp;</li><li>A motivated, driven, and self-starting individual who thrives in a business development role.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.&nbsp;</li><li>A goal-oriented mindset, with the drive to hit and exceed sales targets.&nbsp;</li></ul>
