This is a mechanically biased role, ideal for engineers with strong mechanical fault-finding and maintenance experience. A multiskilled background (with some electrical know-how) would be a great asset.

    • Week 2: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon–Fri)
  • £38,030 per year

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain, repair, and optimise Cold End equipment to maximise performance.
  • React quickly to breakdowns and implement long-term improvements.
  • Support safety-first practices and ensure documentation is accurate.
  • Collaborate with production to ensure consistent machine performance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Mechanically biased (apprenticeship trained).
  • Proven experience in manufacturing/production environments.
  • Ability to diagnose faults and work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt and support continuous improvement.
  • Multiskilled (mechanical + electrical) experience is a plus.

What’s In It For You:

  • Stable, permanent role with competitive pay based on your shift.
  • A role where your hands-on skills directly impact production.
  • Work in a supportive, safety-conscious team.
  • Opportunities for progression and skill development.
