Develop and manage detailed weekly maintenance plans, including 5-weekly engineering shuts</li><li data-start="860" data-end="945">
Coordinate labour, contractors (30&ndash;40 on-site during shuts), tools, and equipment</li><li data-start="946" data-end="1023">
Translate daily maintenance needs into prioritised, achievable work plans</li><li data-start="1024" data-end="1120">
Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Leads, Engineering Manager, and Production teams</li><li data-start="1121" data-end="1207">
Ensure all planned maintenance is documented and fully resourced (RAMS, SOPs, POs)</li><li data-start="1208" data-end="1291">
Maintain records using the CMMS system and support improvement of PPM schedules</li><li data-start="1292" data-end="1344">
Liaise with contractors and insurance inspectors</li><li data-start="1345" data-end="1412">
Promote health &amp; safety through audits and safe systems of work</li></ul>

Mechanically biased with hands-on experience and contractor supervision</li><li data-start="1515" data-end="1576">
Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills</li><li data-start="1577" data-end="1637">
Confident communicator who works well across departments</li><li data-start="1638" data-end="1729">
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint (MS Project is a bonus)</li><li data-start="1730" data-end="1817">
Completed a mechanical engineering apprenticeship (City &amp; Guilds or NVQ equivalent)</li><li data-start="1818" data-end="1887">
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving industrial environment</li></ul>
Desirable:<ul data-start="1906" data-end="2015">

HNC in Mechanical Engineering</li><li data-start="1940" data-end="1988">
Experience in paper/packaging or similar manufacturing</li><li data-start="1989" data-end="2015">
