The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through business development and account management. This position demands a proven track record in building a pipeline, exceptional business development skills, and outstanding account management capabilities.Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers.</li><li>Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the customer base.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on quotes and customer inquiries.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Generate sales from an extensive list of prospects and nurture these relationships.</li><li>Target fabrication businesses and manage a customer base of over 1000, bringing them back on board.</li><li>Introduce the company to new customers and manage your own schedule while on the road.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>5-10 years of experience in the steel industry, particularly with steel flat products.</li><li>Open to candidates with nonferrous distributor experience.</li><li>Demonstrated success in business development and account management.</li><li>Proactive and driven mindset with a strong work ethic.</li><li>Flexible, motivated, and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.</li></ul>
