<p>As the <strong>Site Services / Facilities Supervisor</strong>, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the site&rsquo;s facilities. You will manage external contractors, oversee maintenance schedules, and ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are met.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>

<p>Oversee the day-to-day management of site facilities, including utilities, maintenance, and security.</p></li><li>
<p>Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.</p></li><li>
<p>Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.</p></li><li>
<p>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.</p></li><li>
<p>Conduct regular inspections and audits of site services and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement.</p></li><li>
<p>Support site projects and initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades and sustainability programs.</p></li><li>
<p>Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to site services and compliance.</p></li></ul>

<p>Previous experience in a facilities management or site services role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.</p></li><li>

<p>Strong communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.</p></li><li>
<p>A proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.</p></li><li>
<p>Relevant qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.</p></li></ul>
