Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour + shift allowance bonus
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

Plenty of overtime 

• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Aspion are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating plant machinery who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vans and deliveries.
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
• Carrying out general yard and operational duties as required.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements: either one of the following:

• Telehandler
•  Loading shovel 
• 360 excavator

• Previous experience operating any type of plant machinery is essential.
• Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
