This role ensures that all aspects of the late shift operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include overseeing picking, loading, routing, and quality checks, while maintaining a safe working environment and delivering exceptional service standards. Accuracy and Compliance: - Perform accuracy checks on at least 80% of items, reporting any discrepancies. - Uphold health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
