Key Responsibilities: Build and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity. Prepare competitive quotations, process orders, and manage customer accounts efficiently. Handle customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using internal systems. Key Skills & Experience: Degree educated (Business, Engineering, or related disciplines advantageous but not essential). Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and business development. Confident and proactive, with a willingness to make outbound sales calls. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. The facility operates state of the art casting and rolling equipment, supplying rolled metal products to a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer looking to work within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. This role is ideal for someone experienced in operating machinery, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and eager to learn new processes.
