What will you be doing?

  • Responding to customer enquiries and supporting the sales team with quotations and proposals
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain pricing and compile costings
  • Maintaining sales databases and bid trackers
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Reviewing contracts and assisting with technical and commercial submissions

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Internal Sales, Sales Admin or Commercial Administration
  • You must be able to commute to their office based in Bromborough
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple priorities
  • Great communication skills and the confidence and ability to work collaboratively
