Job Opportunity: Class 1 HGV Driver – Store Delivery Work (Roll Cages)
Location: Haydock
Salary: PAYE – £44,000 to £46,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Aspion Search is proud to represent a respected and well-established logistics provider in their search for Class 1 HGV Drivers to support store delivery operations in Haydock.

The Business:

• Supporting both national and regional clients with consistent, high-volume contracts

The Role:
We are looking for professional and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for store delivery work involving roll cages, with Temp to Perm opportunities available. Key responsibilities include:

• Timely and safe delivery of goods to retail store locations

• Handling roll cages and using tail lifts or pump trucks where required

• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring all compliance standards are met

• Accurate use of tachograph and paperwork

• Clear communication with transport planners and clients

• Representing the company with professionalism and reliability

About You:

• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph

• Minimum of 2 years Class 1 driving experience

• Experience with store deliveries and manual handling preferred

• No more than 6 points on licence

• Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Able to commit to a 5 on / 3 off shift pattern, including weekends if required
