Metal Polisher
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 + overtime + benefits

The role – Metal Polisher:
The Metal Polisher will polish precision-engineered metal components to exacting finishes while maintaining zero-defect quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Metal Polisher:
- Polish components to a range of finishes
- Use polishing equipment to finish radii and complex surfaces.
- Inspect goods in/out, subcontract work, and purchased parts.
- Complete in-process and final inspection
- Sign first/last-off inspection reports and raise non-conformances.
- Support process audits and continuous improvement activities
- Ensure all work meets stringent quality standards.
About the Metal Polisher:
- At least 2 year’s experience in metal polishing
- Confident using polishing tools and inspection equipment
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Reliable, self-motivated, and quality-driven
- Strong team player who takes pride in their work
