Are you a Project Manager who wants to make a real difference, not just manage tasks, but improve how projects are delivered and how customers experience them?

The Opportunity

Join an engineering-led environment where projects run from commissioning through to final installation, and where customer experience genuinely matters.

They’re looking for a Project Manager who will put their own stamp on the role, someone who brings ideas, energy, and a modern approach to project delivery.

The Role of the Project Manager

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end projects, acting as the key point of contact for customers and internal teams. You’ll work closely with engineering, commissioning, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and with clear communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Manage projects from commissioning through to installation and handover
  • Own customer communication and ensure a consistently strong customer experience
  • Use Gantt charts and project management software to plan, track, and report progress
  • Introduce improvements to project processes, reporting, and workflows
  • Proactively manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to modernise project delivery

Requirements of the Project Manager

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within an engineering, manufacturing, or installation environment
  • Strong planning capability (including Gantt charts and PM tools)
  • Experience using MS Project
  • A customer-focused mindset with confident stakeholder management
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable driving improvement

Why this role?

  • Real opportunity to modernise and improve how projects are delivered
  • Autonomy to make changes and influence customer experience
  • A role where your impact will be visible and valued

What’s on Offer

  • £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
  • Company pension
  • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
  • Supportive, team-focused culture with long-term progression
