This role is ideal for someone who thrives on handling enquiries, managing customer interactions, and supporting account managers to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage website enquiries and orders Engage with customers to assess their requirements Pass key information to account managers to support new business opportunities. Conduct credit checks and manage account setup processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activity. Help manage the backlog of enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Requirements: Previous internal sales experience, preferably within industrial supply, metals, or related sectors. Strong customer service and communication skills. Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work collaboratively with account managers and the wider team. Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to deliver results. Mechanical Maintenance Technician Location: Birmingham Salary: £Negotiable DOE Reference: MECHMAINT-BH-DB Our client, a specialist producer of high-quality niche alloys, is seeking a skilled and time-served Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join their production site in Birmingham. The facility operates state of the art casting and rolling equipment, supplying rolled metal products to a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer looking to work within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
