Routing and Pre-Drops: - Input routing details accurately and ensure pre-drops are achievable. - Reassign loads or communicate delays as needed to ensure compliance with regulations. End-of-Shift Reporting: - Send comprehensive end-of-shift reports covering pre-drops, stock issues, errors, and other relevant updates. Accuracy and Compliance: - Perform accuracy checks on at least 80% of items, reporting any discrepancies. - Uphold health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Leadership and Development: - Conduct monthly 1:1s with team members to provide performance feedback and identify training needs. - Support team training, including eLearning programs, to ensure continuous development. - Handle disciplinary investigations as required.
