Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault finding on manufacturing and packaging equipment. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns to minimise production downtime. Monitor production efficiency and equipment performance to identify reliability improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and operational performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using CMMS / maintenance management systems. Assess and manage spare parts requirements to support maintenance activities. Ensure all engineering activities are carried out in line with company procedures, GMP requirements, and relevant legislation. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and quality compliance. Support cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering Stores, Purchasing, and Health & Safety.
