The successful candidate will lead and motivate a small team, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) in General Haulage are consistently exceeded and compliance requirements are rigorously adhered to. The Candidate; - Proven experience in a similar Transport FLM role - Experience within a high volume general haulage operation is highly desirable - Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team within a Transport Logistics Operations environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Ability to produce data and information to identify opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. - Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, across all levels. - Strong commercial awareness. - Good understanding of EU legislation related to transport operations.
