About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support within our office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, managing information, and helping to keep operations running smoothly.

You will play an important part in assisting the team, supporting customers, and ensuring administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and internal enquiries by phone and email
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Update and maintain records, files, and databases
  • Prepare and process basic documents, forms, and reports
  • Assist with general office tasks such as printing, filing, and typing
  • Support ordering of office supplies and liaise with suppliers when required
  • Keep internal systems and logs accurate and up to date
  • Assist with preparing invoices and checking documentation
  • Follow up on queries and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Provide support to colleagues and contribute to smooth daily office operations

About You

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Positive and helpful attitude, with a willingness to learn
  • Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
  • Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
