The position combines sales leadership, business development, and operational management, with full responsibility for building the branch from the ground up-developing a local trade customer base, driving revenue, managing margins, and leading a small team. Success is centred on growing sales within the trade sector (builders, contractors, installers) while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and delivering a high level of customer service in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
