We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a leading provider of industrial machinery and automated solutions. This is a dynamic, field-based role covering the South-East of England, where you’ll be the go-to technical expert for a portfolio of customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a defined customer territory, delivering planned and reactive maintenance.
- Service, repair, test, and commission mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (single & 3-phase).
- Provide demonstrations, training, and application support to customers.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate service records.
- Support small projects and implementation of ergonomic and productivity solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a field service or engineering role.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge
- Highly organised, autonomous, and professional with excellent customer skills.
- Willing to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe.
