Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to come on board working in a unit in Warrington. The ideal candidate will hold a valid FLT Bendi Licence, possess strong computer literacy skills, and have experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS). This role offers an excellent opportunity to become a key player in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling and management of stock.

There will be training given on the bendi licence if the candidiate has an inhouse or exspired Licence. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate FLT Bendi trucks to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Manage stock movements and inventory using the warehouse management system.
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with company procedures.
• Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet deadlines.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid FLT Bendi Licence (essential).
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and general computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items.
