Ensure equipment is calibrated and inspection results are fully traceable. Identify, segregate and report non-conforming products, raising NCRs where required. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Quality Inspector within an engineering, manufacturing, or precision engineering environment. Strong CMM operation and programming experience. Good understanding of conventional metrology and dimensional inspection techniques. Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Experience using inspection equipment including micrometres, verniers, bore gauges, and CMMs. Experience producing inspection reports and maintaining accurate quality records.
