About the Role
Marketing Executive
£30,000–£40,000 per annum (DOE) + Monthly Bonus
Royston, Hertfordshire
A fast-growing UK specialist Construction product manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead integrated marketing campaigns and support growth across Tier 1 construction and contractors. This hands-on role offers the chance to bring technical products to life through creative multi-channel campaigns, working closely with sales, business development, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver campaigns across social media, email, digital, and print
- Translate complex roofing products into clear, engaging messaging for architects, specifiers, and contractors
- Manage and optimise website content using SEO and UX best practices
- Design visuals using Canva, InDesign, or Photoshop
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Independently manage HubSpot campaigns and email workflows
- Support product launches, branding projects, and collateral development
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in a similar marketing led role with measurable results
- Proven ability to communicate technical products in a customer-friendly way
- Confident using HubSpot or similar marketing software
- Basic understanding of SEO/PPC and strong creative, proactive mindset
