Experience Required: Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
New passes accepted: Yes – must have at least 6 months driving experience

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) drivers to join our store delivery operation. You will be responsible for delivering goods to retail stores, ensuring safe and timely transport while providing excellent customer service. This role involves store deliveries to major retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 vehicles for store delivery routes
• Complete multi-drop store deliveries and/or trunk runs as required
• Ensure goods are delivered on time and in good condition
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects immediately
• Comply with all driving laws, Working Time Directive, and company policies
• Complete paperwork and electronic PODs accurately
• Provide professional customer service at delivery points
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicle

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Minimum 6 months driving experience (essential)
• New passes welcomed with minimum experience requirement met
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of driving regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends if required
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred Skills (Not Essential)

• Previous experience in store delivery or retail logistics
• Experience with tail lifts and roll cages
• Route planning awareness
