Key Responsibilities: - Manage website enquiries and orders - Engage with customers to assess their requirements - Pass key information to account managers to support new business opportunities. - Conduct credit checks and manage account setup processes. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activity. - Help manage the backlog of enquiries while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
